INSTRUCTION MANUAL OF CUPCAKE MAKER

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Connect the appliance to an appropriate electrical socket.
The control light A will illuminate and the baking surfaces will start to heat up.
The appliance must be heated up before baking, In the meantime prepare your food.
As soon as the appliance has heated up, the control light B will light up to indicate it is ready for use.
You can now begin to bake your muffins.
Open the appliance and fill each baking compartment with muffin mix.
Close the appliance.
Caution; If the compartments have too much mixture in it will not be possible to close the appliance correctly. Take some of the filling out. Never use force to close the appliance.
During baking the temperature regulating thermostat switches off and on again. The control light also switches off and on again.
After completion of the baking process (approx. 3-4 minutes) open the lid and remove the muffins. Never use sharp or metal objects to do this (e. G. Knives, metal spatulas, etc. ) as this will damage the Teflon coating.
If you wish to bake more muffins, fill the compartments with more mix, close the appliance again and wait until the baking surfaces have reheated.
When the control light illuminates again you can repeat the baking process as described above.
After completion of the baking process disconnect the mains plug immediately. With the appliance open allow it to cool down.
Caution: The grilling surfaces as well as the sides and top of the appliance get very hot. Avoid any contact. Danger of burning! Only hold by the handle.
The appliance must always be positioned horizontally during use.

MUFFIN RECIPE IDEAS.
1) Chocolate Chip Muffins (makes 12 Muffins).

2 Eggs
250ml Milk
125ml Vegetable Oil
100g Granulated Sugar
100g Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
400g Plain Flour
4 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
150g Plain Chocolate

Place the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, sugars and milk in a large mixing bowl and beat together. In another bowl place the flour, salt and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and stir into the flour mix. Pour the liquid mix into the flour mix and blend the two together.
2) Blueberry Muffins (makes 12 Muffins).

2 Eggs
240ml Milk
120ml Vegetable Oil
100g Granulated Sugar
100g Brown Sugar
375g Plain Flour
4 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
175g Blueberries

Place the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, sugars and milk in a large mixing bowl and beat together. In another bowl place the flour, salt and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Add the dry mix to the liquid add roughly mix it in it does not have to be absolutely smooth. Stir in the Blueberries.

CUP CAKE RECIPE IDEAS.

1) Easy Cup Cakes (makes 12 Cup Cakes)

150g softened Butter
150g Sugar
3 Beaten Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
150g self raising Flour
1 tbsp Milk
For the Frosting:
75g Butter at room temperature
150g Icing Sugar
1 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
A selection of food colouring, choose your favourite colours!
