The manual instruciton for how to use espresso coffee maker,
1. Add water to the water tank
Turn the steam volume button to the "Off" position to close the steam, and turn off the switch.
According to the volume of the coffee, add adequate cool water to the glass, never add warm water or hot water.
Open the water tank cover and pour in the tank with the water contains in the glass. Do not add too much water otherwise will not produce steam, then close the cover of the water tank.
2. Add coffee
Hold the handle of the coffee box, take down the box.
Put the stainless steel filter in the coffee box.
According to the number of the cups of coffee, add adequate coffee powder with slight pressure, and clean away with hand the excess powder on the brim in order to make sure the box can be tightened.
Pull the buckle backwards and open it, align the coffee box underneath of the symbol" ", then hold it upwards and turn right side position " ", the coffee box will be locked there, the buckle shall also be tightened. The coffee box shall never be installed in any other position.
3. Cook the Espresso coffee
Position the water collecting plate cover, and put the glass onto the cover. Make sure the coffee box is in line with the glass so that the coffee will not drop out of the glass.
Check the steam button is closed before connecting to the power.
Turn the steam button to " " position, after several minutes, the cooked concentrating coffee is dropping into the glass.
When the coffee stopped dropping, turn the steam button to the "Off" position, let the machine cool down and minimize the steam pressure.
* Note: Never open the water cover before the steam pressure disappeared in order to prevent being scalded. Then turn the steam button to the " " position, check if there still some steam. If there is steam existed, then put a glass under the steam tube, let steam go away and turn the steam button to "Off" position and let the machine cool down.
4. Operation of Cappuccino coffee
Before making Cappuccino coffee, must cook Espresso coffee first. So it must add sufficient water for cooking and producing steam. One glass of water can only cook 1/2 glass Cappuccino coffee.
Put the filter (contains coffee) onto the position, turn the steam button to the " " position.
Add fresh milk to the 1/3 volume of a small steel cup.
After several minutes, coffee begins dropping into the glass. Turn off the steam button when the coffee dropping in the glass reaches the steam level. At this moment, the steam will cause bubble from the fresh milk.
Put the small steel cup contains fresh milk under the nozzle tube, slowly turn the steam button to " " position, move the steel cup in circles and the steam will cause bubble from the fresh milk, as figure 4.
Pour Espresso coffee into coffee glass about 2/3 of its volume, add bubbled milk to 80% and there is delightful Cappuccino coffee.
